Andante is a musical term meaning "at a walking pace" — unhurried, steady, and expressive. It's exactly how we believe music should be learned: not rushed through shortcuts, but built note by note on a solid foundation that lasts a lifetime.

Founded on 1 January 2021 in Jaipur, Andante School of Music offers focused training in Piano, Guitar and Vocals for students of every age and level. Whether you're a child touching a keyboard for the first time, a teenager chasing your favourite songs, or an adult returning to a long-held dream, our teachers meet you where you are and take you further than you thought possible.

Our philosophy

We teach rooted knowledge — the fundamentals of technique, theory and ear training that separate someone who can copy a song from someone who truly understands music. Our students don't just learn to play; they learn to read, listen, and create.

What makes us different

Small, attentive batches. Teachers who focus on training students, not on performing themselves — with proper time, real discipline and regular, uninterrupted classes, the consistency most academies and teachers fail to deliver. A grade-based path with real milestones and regular recitals so progress is visible and motivating. And a warm, encouraging space where music is a joy, not a chore.

Our story

When I first set out on my own journey in music, starting a music school was the last thing on my mind. But somewhere along the way I found my real passion — my winning side — and I chose to hold on to it.

While most musicians dream of performing and playing, I found that what I wanted even more was to help others perform and play. That doesn't mean I stayed away from the stage — I've performed in many cities across India. But in time I realised that simply playing and earning from it would never take me where I truly wanted to go, nor leave the kind of mark I hoped to leave on this world.

I wanted to build something people could trust — something that makes their lives richer, calmer and more joyful, so they can enjoy music wherever they are: in their own room, out in the garden, or on a stage in front of a crowd. Music gave me freedom, and I believe everyone deserves that same freedom. So I set out to offer it to anyone willing to work hard for it.

Because this isn't something everyone achieves. Only those with patience, discipline and perseverance truly get there — and for them, music becomes a gift that lasts a lifetime. That belief is the heart of Andante.
